Late Attendance
Up to 15 minutes you MAY still be seen if time permits – Your appointment will still finish at the allotted time. If you are any later, it may be necessary to re-book, in which case a £25 fee will be charged.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please telephone and give at least 24 hours notice (during working days) regarding the cancellation of your appointment. Monday appointments need to be cancelled by the previous Friday, otherwise, a missed appointment fee of the full amount of the appointment will be charged, payable at your next appointment or within 4 weeks (whichever is sooner) This applies also if you fail to attend without notice.
We accept, card payments, cash, BAC’s or cheque.
Access
Parking is free on a private drive. Access to Linton Physiotherapy is via a slightly upwards sloping gravel drive and up 2 steps.
